CREATED FOR A PURPOSE
SCRIPTURE: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
From our anchor Scripture, it is confirmed that everyone born into this world was born for a purpose. God has an intention for every creation. For instance, the pig is a specialist in eating rotten food. It has been discovered that the pig was wired for that purpose. It has the design of a scavenger animal to probably clean up the surface of the earth of decaying substances. For that purpose, there are two unique enzymes in the body of the pig: morticin that is responsible for mortification, and cadaverine coined from cadaver dead body). These two enzymes assist the pig in destroying dead tissues.
If the pig has an assignment on earth, no one should doubt the fact that he or she has an assignment on earth. Romans 8:28 says, "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose". That is, if you function according to God's purpose for your life, things must work. So, it is important to note that your prosperity is tied to your functioning according to God's purpose. Anyone on divine assignment must have fulfillment in life. When you function contrary to the reason for which you were created, things will be difficult for you. Beloved, discovering and fulfilling your purpose is crucial for your ultimate fulfillment in life.
(WHAT WE CAN DO):
1. Ask God to reveal the purpose of your existence to you.
2. Determine to walk on the path of God’s purpose; refuse to be distracted.
3. Pick up a copy of the book “Reason for living“ by Dr Paul Enenche and meditatively read through it.
